Ryanaodex was added to the MH carts. The dosing is the same as the old form of dantrolene, 2.5mg/kg up to 10mg/kg. The bottles are 250mg bottles. The bottle is reconstituted with 5ml of sterile water. Give IV push into a IV with 0.9% NS or D5W (liters of NS are in drawer 9 of AWS machine) or directly into an indwelling catheter - then flush the line. DO NOT USE LR.
