The OR pharmacy window will be closed on weekends from 05:30am-16:00 pm.  Rather, there will be a designated OR pharmacist down in the main pharmacy but can be reached by phone at any time for anything we need peri-operatively including emergencies and compounded medication needs.  The extension is #43737.
After 4pm, the designated OR pharmacist leaves and the main pharmacy will maintain coverage as is the current status quo.
