The NAC Leaders as well as others that have Google Doc editing privileges for the new NAC App are all included in this email.  Please direct any questions just to me and do not "reply all".

I have made a Zoom video and then put it on Youtube for you to see a couple of things.  There are many of you who have not ever used Google Docs.  The video explains how to get it.  The NAC App is really just a database and not truly an App.  In order to make it easy for each of you to have a leadership page, we chose Google Docs as the platform.  I have created a Google Doc for each of your pages and shared it with you.  Please view the video to see how to view it and then how to edit it and use it.  Because you are involved in the App creation, feel free to browse the current content.  Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you have an important update to your Google Doc, please email me.  There may be a new protocol or just a change to a protocol you have been working on.  Basically, any information you want to disseminate to the group can be placed in your Google Doc.  I will then put an article in the News section.  This should also be followed up with an email to the group to check out your page.  The advantage of doing it this way over just using email is that it is much easier to find rather than searching.

The anticipated launch date is in August.  Of course, feel free to use the App now.
