Pre-Op:  

Anesthesia:  nasal rae tube for the oropharynx portion of the case. Upon completion of the initial part of the case, he will change out the tube, using the glidescope to an oral rae. CALL ATTENDING FOR TUBE CHANGE PLEASE.
