Pre-Op:  NO LYRICA for tower patients having short or smaller cases. Pecs 1 & 2 block for reconstruction and expanders they order a lot (scopolamine, steroids) sometimes they order Emend. The only thing they don't order is Pepcid

Anesthesia:  LMA usually ok for most cases No LYRICA for smaller outpatient plastics cases. (Augs, reductions etc).
