Pre-Op: HIP: GA, Lyrica
KNEE: SPINAL. Lyrica, Adductor Canal SS block with 0.25% bupi plain (NO Exparel), NO iPACK block
Anesthesia: HIP: GENERAL, surgeon block with bupi and Exparel
KNEE: Please follow total joint protocol (surgeon blocks with 30 cc 0f 0.25% bupi and Exparel in the OR)
Post-Op: Minimize narcotics.
