Pre-Op:  HIP: fast track protocol on some hips. Ask patient if plan is to go home or not. SPINAL 60 mg Mepivicaine KNEE: Lyrica, Celebrex 200, Fast Track Joint protocol on some. Ask patient about dispo plan.

Anesthesia:  HIP: KNEE

Post-Op:  HIP: RESCUE FIB IF NEEDED
